1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
At ChairWalaIndia™, we accept return or refund requests within 7–10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below:
- The product must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, invoice, and all accessories
- Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is mandatory
Products that are assembled, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom-made or specially ordered products
- Products showing signs of usage, wear, damage, or modification
- Items sold under clearance sale or “Final Sale”
- Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or improper installation
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify ChairWalaIndia™ within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request:
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Ensure the product and original packaging are retained
After verification, ChairWalaIndia™ will arrange a replacement or refund, based on feasibility and policy guidelines.
4. Return Pickup & Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipped, return pickup will be free of charge
- For returns due to change of mind or preference, all return shipping and handling charges will be borne by the customer
- Any transportation, logistics, or handling costs during repair or replacement are payable by the customer
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by ChairWalaIndia™:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment
- In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit
6. Warranty Policy
All chairs sold by ChairWalaIndia™ are covered under a 2-Year Limited Warranty, applicable only to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural or functional defects under normal usage
- Defects in internal mechanisms or functional parts
Warranty Does NOT Cover
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric or foam flattening
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or tampering
- Improper installation or incorrect usage
- Damage to fabric, leather, or upholstery
The warranty applies only to functional parts and manufacturing defects.
7. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim with ChairWalaIndia™:
- Contact customer support with your Order ID
- Provide clear photos or videos of the defect
- Our team will assess and guide you regarding repair or replacement
All transportation, inspection, and handling charges related to warranty repairs or replacements will be borne by the customer.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only if:
- The product qualifies under the return policy
- The same product or variant is available in stock
Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
